5th Grade, TeachersHello! My name is Mark Schmidt, and I am part of a dynamic fifth-grade team at Force Elementary School.
I was born outside of Chicago, Illinois but grew up in the Denver metro area.
I graduated from Adam State University in Alamosa, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, and a minor in Literacy and Language Development. In addition, I have an Elementary Education Master’s Degree from Regis University, with an emphasis in Space Science.
I love coming to Force every day; I love teaching where I can make a difference, and instill inner confidence and a strong work ethic in my students before they head off to middle school.
I hope all my students succeed when they leave Force and are driven to be the best versions of themselves.
When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with family and friends, at the beach, or hiking in the high desert.
I love working at Force, the kiddos, the community, the staff, and the support is amazing. and every year, I’m excited to meet the challenges and see our students grow!
