Force Elementary’s Collaborative School Committee (CSC) is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the Principal regarding spending priorities, the Unified Improvement Plan (UIP), and other key school decisions.The primary functions of the CSC include:

• Enhancing student achievement and school climate by engaging the school community in collaborative efforts that support Force Elementary’s goals and Denver Public Schools’ priorities.
• Providing strategic direction in alignment with the school’s mission and vision as outlined in the Unified Improvement Plan (UIP). The UIP, together with the school’s program design, serves as the strategic plan for Force Elementary.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, district policies, and contractual obligations, including state law, DPS policies, and the DCTA contract.
